3. Wobado account

There are no additional or hidden costs for buyers. However, offered bids are legally binding if the seller accepts the offer.

With the use of the escrow service, which is offered free of charge, after the successful sale and transfer of the domain or website including all content, the sales price minus the commission paid within 24 hours.


6. Commissions

A commission is charged for the sale of a website or domain on Wobado, the current amount of the commission can be found in our Pricelist. This is deducted from the purchase price with the escrow service. If payment takes place after a successful sale via Wobado without an escrow service, an invoice will be sent to the seller, which must be paid within 7 days.


7. Sales right

You may only offer for sale a website or domain that you own and / or are authorized to sell.

By posting an ad, you guarantee Wobado and each buyer that:

(a) You own all intellectual property rights and all other rights, titles and interests in the website or domain;

(b) the domain or website and all of its components are transferrable to the buyer;

(c) All agreements with third parties are transferrable to the buyer.

You may not create a listing for a company or facility that:

(a) is obscene, vulgar and / or is considered indecent by Wobado;

(b) Contains material that infringes the intellectual property rights of others or helps others infringe the intellectual property rights of others;

c) engages in activities that violate the law of a territory; or

8. Expert Services

As a guest user, you can access up to three appraisals per day, while registered users have a limit of ten appraisals. Premium users may have access to additional appraisal features and higher limits. Please use these appraisals as a starting point for your domain evaluation and consider consulting with domain experts for more accurate assessments.

10. LogoMaker

In accordance with our Terms of Service (TOS), we have established guidelines for logo creation on our domain marketplace. Logos created through our logo maker must adhere to the following rules:

1. No Sexual Content: Logos that contain explicit sexual imagery, suggestive content, or adult themes are strictly prohibited. We maintain a family-friendly environment and do not tolerate any form of explicit material.

2. No Racism: Logos promoting racism, hate speech, discrimination, or any form of bigotry are not allowed. We encourage diversity and inclusivity, and any logo found to be in violation will be removed promptly.

3. No Political Content: Political logos with partisan messaging or content that may incite controversy or division are not permitted. Our platform is neutral when it comes to political affiliations, and we expect logos to reflect this stance.

4. Consistency with Design Guidelines: Logos created through our platform should align with our design standards and the overall aesthetics of other logos on our marketplace. We reserve the right to remove logos that deviate significantly from our design principles.

5. Additional Compliance: In addition to the above, logos must comply with all other relevant laws and regulations, including copyright and trademark laws. Users are responsible for ensuring that their logo creations do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
